| 摘 要： | [目的]总结A型主动脉夹层动脉瘤的手术配合措施.[方法]回顾性分析10例A型主动脉夹层动脉瘤手术病人的临床资料.[结果]本组10例病人均手术成功,其中9例心脏自动复跳,1例出现顽固性心室颤动,术毕带体外膜肺氧合系统(ECMO)返回重症监护病房(ICU).[结论]加强A型主动脉夹层动脉瘤的手术配合可减少手术并发症,提高手术质量. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize operative coordination measures for patients with type A dissecting aneurysm of aorta.Methods:Clinical data of 10 cases with type A dissecting aneurysm of aorta undergoing operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All 10 cases' operation had been down successfully.Heartbeat of nine cases recovered automatically.One case had occurred intractable ventricular fibrillation and was installed extracorporeal membrane oxygenation to go back ICU.Conclusion:To strengthen operative coordin... |
