50例鼻咽癌p53蛋白的表达

运用免疫组化染色技术，对50例鼻咽癌，24例鼻咽良性病变粘膜进行p53蛋白表达的测定。结果显示：38例鼻咽癌p53蛋白阳性（76%），3例鼻咽炎性粘膜p53阳性（13%），1例鼻咽乳头状瘤p53阳性，在与临床病理指标的相关分析中发现，p53阳性程度与肿瘤分化程度有关，分化程度越低。则p53阳性程度越高。鼻咽癌淋巴结转移与否与p53蛋白异常表达无关。

The p53 Protein Expression in 50 Cases of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Fifty cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)and24 cases of benign nasopharyngeallesion have been studied immunohistochemically to determine the level of p53 protein.Theresults showed 38 positive cases(76%)in NPC,3(13%)in inflammatory nasopharyngealmucosa and only one nasopharyngeal papilloma was positive, Positive staining was found inthe nuclear area, The degree of staining was correlated with the degree of tumor differentia-tion. The much poorly differentiated the tumor,the higher the degree of positive p53 expres-sion,while the 4 benign lesions showed weakly positive. No significant difference was foundbetween the two groups either with or without symptoms of lymph node metastasis.
