银屑净提取工艺的优化

摘    要:优选银屑净的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,选择回流时间、回流次数、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量为考察因素,以大黄素、蛇床子素含量为评价指标,进行银屑净的工艺优化。结果:最佳提取工艺为8倍药材量的80%浓度乙醇回流2次,每次2h。结论:优选工艺稳定可行,可作为实际生产工艺。

Abstract:ABSTRACT Objective: To study the optimal extraction process of Yinxiejing. Methods: An orthogonal experimental method was used with reflux time, reflux times, ethanol concentration and volume as the influencing factors, and emodin and osthole content as the indices.Results:The optimal extraction conditions for Yinxiejing were as follows: refluxing twice with 2 h every time using 8 fold 80% ethanol. Conclusion:The optimum process is stable and feasible.
