Establishment and practice of the specialist nursing management system

Objective To explore the methods and the effects of estahlishment and practice of the specialist nursing management system. Methods The measures included establishing a sound organizational system, strengthening professional training of nurses, establishing standards prnc, esses, improving the quality eontrol system,cnntinunus improvement nursing and executing consuhation system. Results The rate of acceptable quality of care and patient satisfaction in- creased. The ineidence of adverse events declined. The implementation of key nursing technique was increased, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 nr P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The establishment and practice of the specialist nursing management system is helpful to strengthen the implement of key nursing technique, reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve patient satisfaction.
