锁骨钩钢板治疗不稳定性锁骨远端骨折的疗效分析

目的：观察治疗不稳定性锁骨远端骨折的不同手术方式的治疗效果,以确定最佳的手术方法。方法：将40例不稳定性锁骨远端骨折病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用锁骨钩钢板的治疗方法及克氏针张力带内固定方法,术后6个月对患者进行JOA总体情况评定、JOA评分比较、肩锁关节疼痛VAS评定情况比较及安全性评价。结果：应用锁骨钩钢板治疗不稳定性锁骨远端骨折6个月后JOA总体评定情况结果及JOA评分结果优于克氏针张力带治疗方法;应用锁骨钩钢板治疗不稳定性锁骨远端骨折6个月后肩关节疼痛程度均轻于同时期克氏针张力带治疗方法。结论：锁骨钩钢板治疗不稳定性锁骨远端骨折是一种安全有效的临床治疗方法。

Clavicular Hook Plate for Treatment of Unstable Distal Clavicle Fracture

Objective：To determine the best operation treating unstable distal clavicle fracture,through different treatment effect by different operation way.Methods：40 unstable distal clavicle fracture patients were divided randomly into the two groups as follows： the treatment group which were treated by clavicular hook plate in treatment of unstable distal clavicle fracture and the control group which were treated by operation with Kirschner wires and tension band inner fixation.The evaluation of treatment effect were maked at 6 months after the treatment for every patient,including the total evaluation by JOA,the comparison by JOA score,Pain score according to the VAS,and the safety evaluation.Results：The total evaluation by JOA and the comparison by JOA score were showed that the treatment group were better than the control group（P〈0.05） and the joint pain in the treatment group is lighter than that in the control group at 6 months after the treatment the blank control model group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：It is a effective and safe method that using clavicular hook plate treat unstable distal clavicle fracture.
