| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the levels and related factors of career maturity among army civilian nurses in military hospitals. Method A self - designed career maturity questionnaire for civilian nurses was used to investigate 310 civilian. Results The mean score of career maturity of army civilian was （3.68 ±0.32）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that years of working experience and whether to participate in major tasks were the main influential factors of career maturity. Conclusion Nursing administrators can improve the civilian nurses career maturity form different aspects,to create a good professional atmosphere and to provide career development platform ,thus the civilian can perform better in their career. |
