| Abstract: | This paper introduced the successful organization and rnanagement model of evidence -hased nursing practice in advanced countries, such as Advancing Research ＆ Clinical Practice Through Close Collaboration Model （ARCC） ,Prnmoting Action on Research Implementation in Health Services Frame- work （PARIHSF）and the promotion model of medical institutions and universities cooperation. It also discussed how to enhance the development of evidence - based nursing practice in our country from various aspects of nursing management. |
