Effects of nursing intervention applied in partial splenic embolization patients with cirrhosis

Objective To explore the effects of nursing interventiun applied in partial splenic embolization patients with cirrhosis. Methods A total of 60 patients who had partial splenic embolization with cirrhosis was divided into control group and experimental group. The traditional nu~ing was applied in the control group and nursing intervention was applied in the experimental group. After four weeks of surgery, self - care ability scale and Chronic Liver Disease Ques- tionnaire were taken to investigate self- care ability and quality of life on the patients. Result The scores of self- care ability and quality of life in the experi- mental group were higher than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion After the nursing intervention,the patients who had partial splenic embolization with cirrhosis has positive attitude to accept the cure. Moreover, it is beneficial to improve the self - care ability, psychological emotion and quality of life during accep- ting satisfied effects.
