| 摘 要： | 目的了解海南州部分医院放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平和卫生防护现状,为做好放射工作人员健康监护提供信息。方法采用热释光测量法,对剂量监测结果进行列表分析。结果放射工作人员个人剂量符合国家标准。2007—2009年对海南州、县两级66人次放射工作人员进行了外照射受照剂量监测。集体剂量当量148.99(man·mSv),人均年剂量当量1.02(mSv/a),人均年剂当量水平呈下降趋势,放射工作人员个人剂量符合国家标准。结论应将临床核医学放射工作人员列为放射性健康监护的重点人群,强化放射工作人员自我保护意识,提高个人监测率。
