综合疗法治疗特发性少弱精子症120例观察

目的：综合疗法治疗特发性少弱精子症的疗效观察。方法：采用分度诊断标准和分度疗效标准对综合疗法治疗特发性少弱精子症120例的疗效进行评估。结果：①少精子症的总有效率52．5％（63／120），良效率19．17％（23／120），有效率33．33％（40／120），无效率47．5％（57／120）。②弱精子症的总有效率37．5％（45／120），良效率10％（12／120例），有效率27．5％（33／120例），无效率62．5％（75／120例）。结论：采用分度评估，观察临床治疗药物对精液质量改善的疗效，不但客观的评价药物治疗特发性少弱精子症的效果，更重要的是其分度诊断标准和分度疗效标准能为今后治疗少弱精子症的疗效评估和疗效统计走向科学化、规范化、标准化提供重要的参考依据。其治疗结果虽较以往经验治疗的疗效有所提高，但离患者的期望还有相当大的差距，男科工作者还应该积极探索更好的治疗方法，提高疗效，使男性不育的治疗能有一个大的突破。

Observation on treating 120 cases of idiopathic oligoasthenospermia by combination therapy

Objective： To effects observe of treating idiopathic oligoasthenospermia by combination therapy. Methods： Taking the indexing diagnosis standard and indexing effect standard the effect assess of treating idiopathic oligoasthenospermia by combination therapy. Result： ①The total efficiency 52.5% （63/120） of oligozoospermia, good efficiency 10% （12/120 cases）, efficiency 27.5% （33/120 cases）, inefficiency 62.5% （75/120 cases）. Conclusion： Taking indexing assess, to observe effects improve of semen quality with medicine. Treatment result was improved, but the expect have a difference. Improve the efficacy, make to treating male infertility have a large break through.
