介入治疗非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死临床观察

目的：评价介入治疗非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死的效果，分析其临床疗效和相关因素。方法：选取非创伤因素所致的股骨头缺血坏死患者80例，共计112个股骨头，采用Seldinger技术，经旋股内、外动脉、闭孔动脉选择插管灌注融通扩血管药物治疗。治疗后给予康复干预，并血管造影，观察临床症状及股骨头血供改善情况。结果：股骨头主要供血动脉均有不同程度的增多、增粗、延长；经介入治疗6个月、12个月后，优者分别为58个髋、91个髋；良者分别为32个髋、9个髋；可者分别为14个髋、8个髋；差者分别为8个髋、4个髋。结论：介入治疗配合康复干预可以改善股骨头局部血液循环，对早期病变具有一定的临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating ANFH by intervention

Objective： To evaluate effects of treating ANFH by intervention, analyze the effect and related factors of clinical. Methods： Choose 80 patients with ANFH, total for 112 femoral head, taking technology of Seldinger, drug therapy in within the femoral, artery, obturator artery select infusion combination vasodilator. Taking rehabilitation intervention after treatment, and angiography, observe situation of clinical symptoms and femoral head blood supply improving. Results： Providing blood artery has increasing of varying degrees; by intervention therapy after 6 months, 12 months, the champion for＇58 pelvises, 91 pelvises; and second for 32 pelvises, 9 pelvises; third for 14 pelvises, 8 pelvises; then for 8 pelvises, 4 pelvises. Conclusion： The intervention therapy plus rehabilitation intervention can be improved the circulation of partial femoral head blood, have a good clinical effect in early lesions.
