彩色多普勒超声在中医“乳癖”诊断中的价值

目的：讨论彩色多普勒超声在中医“乳癖”诊断中的价值。方法：回顾性分62例中医临床诊断为乳癖患者的乳腺彩色多普勒超声影像图的特点，比较与病理诊断的差异。结果：62例“乳癖”患者中34例经超声诊断为乳腺增生，病理确诊为乳腺增生30例，超声与病理符合率88．2％，24例经超声诊断为乳腺纤维腺瘤，病理确诊为乳腺纤维瘤20例，符合率83．3％，4例经超声检查为乳腺癌，病理确诊为乳腺癌3例，符合率75％。讨论超声具有形象、客观、量化的特点，对中医“乳癖”有较高的诊断价值。

Discussion： Ultrasound has the image, an objective, quantitative characteristics of the Chinese ＂milk addiction＂ has a high diagnostic value.
