| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针灸推拿配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将我院门诊150例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各75例，治疗组采用针灸推拿配合牵引治疗；只采用推拿手法治疗，观察比较两组的治疗临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为95％，对照组为57％，两组疗效比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针灸推拿配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical effective observation on treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by acupuncture and massage plus traction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe effects of treating lumbar disc herniation by acupuncture and massage plus traction. Methods： Randomly divided 150 cases of lumbar disc into treatment group and control group, taking acupuncture and massage plus traction in treatment; taking a massage treatment in the control group, observed and compared clinical effects of two groups therapy. Result： The total efficient 95% in the treatment group, the control for 57%, two groups compare of effects, difference have a significant meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of treating lumbar disc herniation by acupuncture and massage plus traction is notable. |
