摘 要: | 目的:探讨水溶性银杏总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以银杏总黄酮的提取率为评价指标,考察提取工艺。结果:水溶性银杏总黄酮的最佳提取条件为12倍量的水,采取超声提取的方法,提取2次,每次30min。结论:该方法能充分有效的提取水溶性的银杏总黄酮,可作为提取水溶性银杏总黄酮的优选工艺。

A study on process for extraction of soluble flavonoid glycosides |

Abstract: | Objective: To explore the technology in extraction of soluble Flavonoid glycosides. Memoas: Experiment was designed by orthogonal design, taking the recovery rate of Flavonoid glycosides as the observing indexes to investigate the extraction process. Result: The optimal decocting condition was as follow: adding 12-fold water and ultrasonic extracting 30 minutes tow time. Conclusion: The optimal technique can be used in extracting the soluble Flavonoid glycosides from Ginkgo biloba extract. |
