中药汤剂辅助治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

目的：探讨中药汤剂加减辅助治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效，促进临床诊治。方法：将我院呼吸科住院治疗的46例支气管哮喘急性发作者随机分为观察组和对照组两组，观察组在常规给予美喘清、酮替芬口服的基础上加用中药汤剂辅助冶疗，中药汤剂采用小青龙汤加减，对照纽仅给予常规治疗，4周后进行疗效对比。结果：两周期后观察纽临床控制6例，显效10例，有效5例，无效2例，总有效率91．30％；对照组临床控制5例，显效7例，有效6例，无效5例，总有效率78．26％，两者之间有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：应用中药汤剂辅助治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著，同时小青龙汤作为中医经典方剂值得推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating acute bronchial asthma in TCM decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating acute bronchial asthma in TCM decoction. Methods： 46 cases of acute bronchial asthma were randomly divied into observer group and control group, to treat observer group by oraling procaterol and ketotifen plus Xiaoqing Long decoction, to treat control group by conventional treatment, to compare the effect after 4 weeks. Results： To observe the effect of observer group after 2 weeks, 6 cases were controlled, 10 cases were excellence, 5 cases were effective, 2 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 91.30%; The control group, 5 cases were controlled, 7 cases were excellence, 6 cases were effective, 5 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 78.26%, there have significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating acute bronchial asthma in TCM decoction get a good result, Xiaoqing Long decoction deserved to widely applied.
