排气汤在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用

目的：妇腹腔术后患者胃肠功能早期恢复，有利于患者术后早目康复。方法：未病先防，患者术后12h开始服用排气汤，一共2剂温服，可根据病人自身情况分2～3次服用或少量多次分服。结果：本组病人术后24h排气率明显高于对照组，且进食后腹胀，便秘率明显低于对照组。结论：应用排气汤行预防性治疗后患者胃肠功能恢复快，从而促进了患者的早日康复。
