康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

目的：观察康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效：方法：将268例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组134例，用康复新液保留灌肠；配合口服水杨酸柳氮磺胺吡啶。对照组口服水杨酸偶氮磺胺吡啶片。结果：治疗组总有效率96．27％，对照组总有效率83．58％。结论：康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎可明显改善临床症状，且未见不良反应。结论：康复新液灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎能明显改善临床症状，无明显副作用。

A clinical study on treating ulcerative colitis by lavation of Kangfu xin liquid

To observe the therapeutic results of retention enema with Kangfuxin for ulcerative colitis （UC）.Methods： 268 patients with UC were divided randomly into two groups, treatment group（134 case） and control group（134 case）. A treatment group were given retention enema of Kangfuxin combined with oral sulfasalazine,and control group treated with sulfasalazine. Results： Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 96.27% and 83.58% respectively. Conclusion： It can obviously improve clinical symptoms to use Retention enema with Kangfuxin in the treatment of UC and no side effects.
