排石汤治疗泌尿系结石36例疗效观察

目的：观察采用中西结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法：将72例泌尿系结石患者随机分成两组，治疗组36例，给予排石汤，结合口服山茛菪碱、心痛定治疗；对照组36例，给予德国消石素、山茛菪碱、心痛定治疗。两组均以2周为一疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率94．4％，对照组总有效率80．6％，两组对比，治疗组总有效率和缓解疼痛方面优于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：中西结合治疗泌尿系结石疗效明显。

Effective observation on treating 36 cases of urinary stone with row stone decoction

Objective： To observe the combination therapy using urinary calculi clinical curative effect. Methods： 72 cases urinary calculi were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （36 cases, to row stone soup, combined with a mountain Gen oral treatment; XinTongDing alkali, 36 cases of control group, Germany ShiSu away Gen mountain, a XinTongDing alkali and treatment. Both groups with 2 weeks for a period. Results： the total effective rate in treatment group and control group total effectiveness 80.6% 94.4%, two groups, the total effective rate in treatment group than in control group and pain relief aspect, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： combined treatment of urinary calculi and efficacy is obvious.
