| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠状动脉瘘的影像表现及诊断手段的选择。材料与方法 回顾性分析8例冠状动脉瘘平片、主动脉或选择性冠状动脉造影表现。结果 8例中累及右冠状动脉5例，左冠状动脉2例，左右冠状动脉1例。引流至右心肺动脉系统7例，引流至左室1例。结论 升主动脉造影及选择性冠状动脉造影是确诊本病的重要手段并为治疗方法的选择提供主要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study imaging features of congenital coronary fistula, and to discus the selection of the diagnostic means.Materials and Methods Conventional radiographic, and aortographic or selective coronary arteriographic findings in 8 patients with congenital coronary fistula were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 8 cases, the lesion involved right coronary in 5, left coronary in 2 and both coronary arteries in one. Abnormal drainage to right heart and pulmonary artery was seen in 7 cases, while to left ventricle in one.Conclusion Ascending aortography and selective coronary arteriography are valuable methods for the diagnosis of congenital coronary fistula, which provides important information for selecting proper management. |
