摘    要:
目的:对比不同金属基底、不同瓷层厚度的金瓷修复体的色彩差异。方法:制作贵金属合金、金沉积与镍铬合金片,分别以其为基底制作0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、0.9、1.1、1.3、1.5mm瓷层厚度的试件。用美能达CR-321色差计对试件测色,计算色差并进行统计分析。结果:同种金属基底的试件,随瓷层厚度的增加,色差值ΔE(前后瓷层厚度差值)均明显减小,当瓷层厚度≥1.1mm时,前后瓷层厚度组之间ΔE无统计学差异(P>0.05);不同金属基底相同瓷层厚度试件之间,贵金属与金沉积组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但二者与镍铬合金组有差异(P<0.05)。结论:不同的金属基底材料有不同的瓷层厚度要求;相同瓷层厚度时,高金合金为基底的修复体色彩,优于非贵金属合金基底;随瓷层厚度增加,修复体亮度均减小;色相由红向绿色相发展;彩度也随瓷层厚度的增加而下降,金沉积与贵金属合金瓷修复体颜色,较非贵金属合金颜色黄。

Abstract:
Objective: To compare the color differences of different metal bases and different dentin porcelain thickness,and to evaluate the infinity optic thickness of porcelain on different metal bases. Methods: Precious metal, gold sedimentand Ni-Cr plates were prepared, and then dentin porcelain samples of 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.1, 1.3 and 1.5 mm thicknesswere fabricated on such plates. Minolta chromatics meter CR-321 was used to examine the color properties of thesesamples, and DE was calculated to evaluate the difference of the specimens. Results: As the thickness of dentin porcelainincreased, the chromatic value DE of samples with same metal bases decreased accordingly. While after the dentin porcelainthickness reached 1.1mm or above, the chromatic value DE did not improve any longer (P>0.05). For different ceramicmetal, there was no statistical difference between groups of precious metal and gold sediment, but there is differencebetween high gold content metal and Ni-Cr alloys. Conclusion: To obtain ideal color appearance needed in clinics, necessarydentin porcelain thickness was different. The color of restoration based on precious metal is better than base metal. Withthe increasing of porcelain thickness, the hue of the restoration changes from red to green and the color of high goldcontent specimens was shifted more yellow than Ni-Cr sample, but the lightness of restoration decreased for varyingceramic metal.
