| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3（IGFBP-3）与子宫肌瘤生长的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测60例患者子宫肌层和子宫肌瘤组织IGFBP-3的表达强度。结果IGFBP-3在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达较在正常肌层中的表达减弱,在多发肌瘤的肌层中的表达较单发肌瘤者减弱。结论IGFBP-3与子宫肌瘤的发生呈负相关,测定IGFBP-3在肌瘤组织中的含量对预测肌瘤的发生、发展有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between IGFBP-3 and uterine leiomyoma.Methods We used immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of IGFBP-3 in leiomyoma tissue and myouterine which were from 60 cases uterine leiomyoma after hysterectomy.Results IGFBP-3 expression in leiomyoma tissue is significantly weaker than that of normal myometrium, and its expression is also significantly weaker in multi-myoma than that of single myoma.Conclusion IGFBP-3 has negative correlation with the development of uterine leiomyoma,and detection of IGFBP-3 in tissue of myoma may predict the development leiomyoma. |
