| 摘 要： | 嗜酸乳杆菌是目前乳酸菌家族中极为重视研究与开发的益生菌之一,也是国内外应用的微生态制剂的主要菌种之一。它广泛分布在人和动物的消化道、阴道以及乳制品和发酵的动植物制品中,是人体肠道中的重要微生物。本文概述了其生物学特性、生理功能以及在医学上的应用研究进展。 |

| Abstract: | Lactobacillus acidophilus is one of lactobacillus family that they have been paid attention to research and exploit right now.It is also one of main seed cultures of bacteria that they have been applied to micro-ecologic preparation at home and abroad.It widely distributes in digestive tract and vagina of human and animal,dairy products,and fermented products of animal and plant.It is an important microorganism in intestinal tract of human body.This paper reviewed Lactobacillus acidophilus's biological characteristic,physiological functions,and research progress in applying to medicine. |
