猫中缝核簇向嗅前核的投射—HRP 逆行标记法研究

用 HRP 逆行标记法,对猫中缝核簇向嗅前核的投射进行了研究,观察、分析了起源细胞的形态和分布,发现中缝核簇——嗅前核投射起源于脑干吻侧的中缝背核、中央上核、中间线形核和吻侧线形核,其余中缝核与嗅前核无直接上行联系。RD 内的标记细胞多为梭形和多极细胞,位于核的中间部,集中于核的中、吻段、尾段极少。CS 内的标记细胞呈卵圆形,位于核的中线区,只分布于核尾段。LI 和 LR 内的标记细胞形态多样,标记细胞散布于 LI 的全核,在 LR 内只出现于同侧核,且靠腹侧分布。

Projections from the Raphe Nuclei to Anterior Olfactory Nucleus in cats:Demonstrated by Retrograde Transport of Horseradish Peroxidase(HRP)

The projections from the raphe nuclei to the anterior olfactory nucleus(AON)in the cat were studied with the method of the retro- grade transport of horseradish peroxidase(HRP)The shape and distribution of the originated cells in the rahe nucleic was observed and analysed.It was found that the projections of raphe nuclei to AON originated from the nucleus raphe dorsalis(RD),centralis superior(CS),linearis intermedius(LI)and linearis rostralis(LR) in the rostral brain stem.The rest of the raphe nuclei are not asso- ciated with the AON directly.The most of labelled cells in RD were fusiform and multipolar in shape,distributed in its median part,concentrated in its rostral two thirds and few in caudal part. The labelled cells in CS were oval in shape,located in the area of its midline and only distributed in its caudal extent.The labelled cells in LI and LR were various in shape,and scattered in the whole extent of LI and appeared only in the ventral part of the ipsilateral LR.
