熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

目的:探讨中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎脊柱炎的疗效。方法:将60例肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均予基本药物治疗,治疗组在此治疗上加用四生透骨方全身熏蒸疗法。均于治疗30天后进行疗效评定及观察不良反应情况。结果:治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率73.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05),在改善脊柱功能障碍方面治疗组显著优于对照组。结论:四生透骨方全身熏蒸治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎疗效肯定,临床药物治疗配合中药熏蒸效果更佳。

Observation of the curative effect of fumigation in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis

Objective ：To investigate the effieacy of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of ankylosing spondyIitis spondyhtis. Methods：60 patients with shen xu du han type of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n=30）. Two groups were given to improve condition of essential medicines for treatment.In addition to these,the treatment group were received whole-bedy fumigation with Chinese medicine.Two groups were observed at 30 days＇ treatment curative effect evaluation and adverse reactions. Results： The treatment group of total effective rate was 90.00.The control group of total effective rate was 73.33, The treatment group was better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. In the aspect of improving spinal dysfunction treatment group was significantly superior to the control group. Conclusion：The whole-bedy fumigation curative with si sheng tou gu fang is effective for the patient of ankylosing spondylitis, which of shen xu du han type.Coordinate with the cooperation of drug treatment will be better.
