| 摘 要： | 目的 观察以诺维本为主的联合方案治疗晚期难治性乳腺癌的疗效。方法 应用诺维本为主的联合方案治疗晚期难治性乳腺癌28例。结果 28例病人有效率为53．2％，毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制。结论 以诺维本为主的联合方案治疗晚期难治性乳腺癌的疗效较好且大多数病人均能耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the antitumor efficacy of NVB(navelbine)-contained chemotherapeutic regimens in advanced treast cancer.Methods Twenty-eight patients of advanced breast cancer were treated with combination chemotherapy of NVB.Results Twenty-eight patients were evaluated for efficacy and toxicity.The overall response rate was 53.2% and the complete response rate was 7.1%(2/28).The main toxic effect was bone marrow suppression.Conclusion NVB-contained chemotherapeutic regimen are effective and tolerable for advanced breast cancer. |
