| 摘 要： | 本文通过给病人按每公斤体重15单结果次服用胺碘酮后对血清浓度与早搏减少率及 Q-Tc间期延长之间关系的观察.结果发现这些变量之间有良好的相关性。Q-Tc 间期延长百分率与早搏减少率的相关性好于与血清浓度的相关性。 |

| Abstract: | Relationships among serum concentration,Q-Tc lengthening and an-tiarrhythmic action were observed after single oral 15mg/kg of amiodarone.The resultsshow there are good correlations among these variables.The correlation between serumconcentration and Q-Tc lengthening is better than that of serum concentration and an-tiarrhythmic action. |
