肺癌脑转移177例临床分析

目的探讨影响肺癌脑转移预后的相关因素,为肺癌的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2003年1月～2006年12月收治的177例肺癌脑转移的临床资料。结果患者年龄、肿瘤病理类型、颅内转移灶的数目（单发或多发）、有无颅外转移、原发灶控制与否及患者的行为状态（PS评分）对患者生存期无显著影响（P〉0.05）。但放疗＋化疗治疗组疗效显著优于单纯放疗组及单纯化疗组（P〈0.05）。结论对肺癌脑转移患者应及时有效地采取放疗联合化疗综合方案治疗。

Analysis of 177 Cases with Lung Cancer with Brain Metastasis

Objective To explore the prognostic factors of Lung cancer with brain metastasis.Methods The clinical data of 177 lung cancer patients with brain metastasis in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2006 were retrospectively reviewed.Results The age,pathology type,number of brain metastasis,absence or presence of extracranial metastases,control of primary lung cancer,and performance status were not prognostic factors to overall survival（P〉0.05）.Patients treated with radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy had significantly higher 1,2,and 3 year survival rate than chemotherapy alone（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Lung cancer with brain metastasis should be treated with radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy.
