变应性鼻炎患者生存质量的初步研究

目的:运用自制变应性鼻炎(A llergic rh intis,AR),生存质量量表,研究此类患者的生存质量及其临床证型,为变应性鼻炎的临床防治工作提供参考。方法:采用5分制评分并用非双盲定群研究进行检验。结果:71名变应性鼻炎患者参加AR生存质量量表原始表的项目的筛选,从测评结果来看,在自身症状,活动受限,心理因素,社会关系,环境因素等五个方面,以活动受限和心理因素评分最高,另外,年龄大者,病程越长者及女性患者评分高,说明受影响越大,各方面的评分与变应性鼻炎中医辨证分型相关,其中以肾阳不足型为高(P<0.05)。结论:对女性患者、年龄大者、病程长者多注意活动受限情况,除药物治疗外,要多进行心理疏导。

Study on the Allergic Rhinitis Quality of Life in Adult

Objective:To evaluate the allergic rhinitis patient's life quality and TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods:Make out the primary measurement of the quality of AR.Then by means of talking to the patient face to face,choose the available subject for the first time.The evaluation and statistics are done by using SPSS 11.0 for Windows software.And the data are test by χ~2 test and ttest.Results:Seventy-one patients with AR symptomatic were erolled.And the primary measurement of the quality of life is decided by statistics,it include five aspects such as symptoms,function limit,social relation,psychology,and environment,my research found that the patient of deficiency of yang-kidney has the difference with other syndrome differentiations.The second and third genes play an important role on the patient's life of four syndrome differentiations.Conclusion:It hints us that if you treat an AR patient,remember to use the medicine,meanwhile,to make a good leading of the patient's emotion,it may play an important role in curing the disease.
