骨科压疮患者康复的护理体会

目的：探讨、分析骨科患者压疮的护理干预以及护理措施，提高护理质量。方法：通过2013年4月－2014年4月在我科住院的30例骨科患者，对每一位高危压疮患者制定相应的治疗护理措施进行分析和总结，归纳出骨科最佳护理方案。结果：对不同时期压疮的骨科患者，治疗和护理方法也各有不同。结论：对骨科压疮患者的翻身、清洁护理、尽早的护理干预至关重要，同时鼓励家属参与到护理工作中来，因而提高对护理工作的满意度。

Nursing care of patients with pressure ulcer in Department of orthopedics

Objective:Discussion on the analysis of pressure sore patients in the Department of orthopedics,nursing intervention and nursing meas-ures,improve the quality of nursing.Methods:Through the 2013 April-2014 year in April 30 cases of patients in the Department of orthopedics in our hospital,one for each treatment for patients at high risk of pressure to formulate the corresponding nursing measures were analyzed and summa-rized,summed up the best scheme of Department of orthopedics nursing.Results:in different periods of pressure sore patients in the Department of orthopedics,nursing and treatment methods are also different.Conclusion:Patients with bedsore is crucial to the Department of orthopedics to turn over,cleaning and nursing,early nursing intervention,while encouraging families to participate in the nursing work,thus improving the nursing work satisfaction.
