腹股沟疝行腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术和传统疝气修补术治疗的价值对照评定

目的：研究腹股沟疝行腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术和传统疝气修补术治疗的价值。方法：取我院2013年1月－2016年9月腹股沟疝患者50例进行分组研究。对照组采取传统疝气修补术治疗，研究组采取腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗。比较两组患者治愈率、复发率、并发症率；手术、离床、住院所需时间和失血情况。结果：研究组跟对照组比较，治愈率更高，复发率、并发症率更低，P＜0．05；研究组相较于对照组手术、离床、住院所需时间更短，失血更少，P＜0．05。结论：腹股沟疝行腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术效果优于传统疝气修补术，可简化操作，减少出血，缩短术后活动和住院时间，值得推广。

Inguinal hernia underwent extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair and traditional hernia repair in the treatment of the control value evaluation

Objective:To study the inguinal hernia underwent extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair and traditional hernia repair in the treatment of value.Methods:50 cases of inguinal hernia in our hospital from January 2013 to September were divided into groups.The control group took the tra-ditional hernia repair treatment,the study group received extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair treatment.The cure rate,recurrence rate and com-plication rate of the two groups were compared,and the time and the blood loss of operation,out of bed,in hospital were compared between the groups.Results:compared with the control group,the cure rate was higher,the recurrence rate and the complication rate was lower,P<0.05;the study group compared with the control group operation,the bed,the hospitalization time is shorter,the blood loss is less,P<0.05.Conclusion:ingui-nal hernia underwent extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair is better than the traditional hernia repair,simple operation,less bleeding,shorter hospitalization time and postoperative activity,worthy of promotion.
