| 摘 要： | 测评过对150例经尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术患者的护理，总结了术后常见的并发症，如出血、感染、双“J”管反应、输尿管穿孔、裂伤等，并对各种并发症提出了相应的护理措施，收到了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Through nursing the patients with complications of ballistic lithoclast under ureterorenoscopy, the author summarized such regular complications as hemorrhage, infeclion, D-J catheter-induced reaction, ureter aperture and laceration and brought out corresponding nursing measures which produced better nursing effects. |
