温肾泄浊汤联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察温肾泄浊汤加减联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组34例,采用西医常规治疗,低盐、低脂、优质低蛋白饮食控制感染、控制血压、抗贫血及止血、纤正水、电解质酸碱平衡失调等对症治疗。阿魏酸钠0.3g/次,1次/d,静滴。治疗组34例,方选温肾泄浊汤加减治疗,药用制附子5g,党参15g,白术15g,茯苓15g,黄芪25g,川芎10g,山茱萸15g,山药20g,仙灵脾15g,石韦15g,陈皮10g,大黄15g,甘草10g,金樱子15g,1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生化指标、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效14例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率88.23%。对照组显效8例,有效14例,无效12例,总有效率64.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后续生化指标治疗组治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]温肾泄浊汤加减联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,疗效满意且不增加副作用。

Wenshen Xiezhuo Method Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure Randomized Controlled Study

[Objective] To observe Wenshen Xiezhuo decoction combined with Western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure efficacy.[Method] Use randomized controlled method,68 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table.The control group of 34 patients using conventional Western medicine treatment,low-salt,low-fat,high-quality low-protein diet,infection control,blood pressure control,resistant anemia and hemostasis,the symptomatic treatment of the fiber being water,electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders.With sodium ferulate 0.3g once every day,intravenous infusion.The treatment group,34 patients the square-election Wenshen Xiezhuo decoction treatment,use Fuzi 5g,Dangshen 15g,Baizhu 15g,Fuling 15g,Huangqi 25g,Chuanxiong 10g,Shanzhuyu 15g,Shanyao 20g,Xianlingpi 15g,Shiwei 15g,Chenpi 10g,Dahuang 15g,Gancao 10g,Jinyingzi 15g,1 dose every day,decoction 200mL,oral sooner or later.Western medicine with the control group.Continuous treatment for 90 days to 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,biochemical markers and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment to determine efficacy.[Results] Treatment group,14 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,4 case were invalid,the total efficiency of 88.23%.Control group,8 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,12 cases were invalid,the total effective rate of 64.71%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Treatment before the follow-up the biochemical indicators treatment group treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Warming Xiezhuo decoction combined with Western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure,a satisfactory outcome without increasing side effects.
