肾炎方联合电烤穴位贴敷治疗普通型慢性肾小球肾炎随机平行对照研究

摘    要:目的]观察肾炎方联合电烤穴位贴敷治疗普通型慢性肾小球肾炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按抽签方法机分为两组,对照组30例肾炎方(黄芪、胡黄连、山茱萸各30g,牡丹皮20g,山药30g。丹参、老头草、熟地黄、茯苓各20g,鳖甲、龟板各30g,覆盆子20g)1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。治疗组30例肾炎方制成药糊,涂于肾俞穴,持续30~60min,1次/d,腰酸痛及畏寒甚者予医疗电烤灯热敷肾俞穴,距离以患者感觉腰部微微发热为佳。中药汤剂同对照组;肾炎方汤剂治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状及生化指标。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组完全缓解8例,基本缓解15例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组完全缓解3例,基本缓解15例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率90.004%。完全缓解率治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]肾炎方联合电烤穴位贴敷治疗普通型慢性肾小球肾炎疗效优于单用中药汤剂。

Abstract:Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Chinese medicine decoction to treat chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods]60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction orally,supplemented acupoint sticking therapy.The control group only to the pure traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Clinical efficacy,and to evaluate its safety.The treatment group complete remission rate and total effective rate of 20% and 93.33%;complete remission rate of the control group and the total effective rate was 10% and 90%.By comparison P < 0.01,significant difference.During treatment were no significant adverse reactions.Concluded that traditional Chinese medicine decoction plus acupoint sticking therapy a chronic glomerulonephritis effective than pure Chinese medicine decoction treatment.
