初中生肥胖相关影响因素的病例对照分析

目的探讨儿童肥胖的原因,为有效防治儿童肥胖提供科学依据。方法采用病例对照的研究方法,对郑州市4所中学初一年级89名肥胖儿童和108名正常儿童进行肥胖相关因素调查与分析。结果在遗传因素方面,肥胖组儿童父母的肥胖率与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在环境因素方面,肥胖组和对照组在运动时间、进食速度等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),儿童肥胖的发生与饮食结构、饮食速度、家庭结构、体育运动等方面均有关系。结论儿童肥胖的发生受遗传和环境因素综合影响。

Influencing Factor Analysis on Obesity Among 197 Junior Middle School Students in Zhengzhou

Objective To investigate the cause of childhood obesity and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment.Methods By using the case-control study,89 obesity children and 108 normal ones were chosen from four middle schools in Zhengzhou.Results In genetic factors,parental obesity was closely related to childhood obesity,statistical significance was found between obesity group and the control(P<0.05).In environmental factors,the habit of diet,the speed of eating,family type,physical activity and so on had effects on the development of childhood obesity.Conclusion Both of genetic and environmental factors have effects on childhood obesity.
