孕妇妊娠晚期最佳卧位的研究

目的：探讨孕妇妊娠晚期的最佳休息和睡眠卧位。方法：对31例孕妇和25例年龄相仿的未孕妇女进行研究；比较她们取仰卧、右侧和左侧卧位时心率变异性的时域和频域分析资料。结果：未孕妇女右侧卧位标化的高频功率最大；而孕妇仰卧标化的高频功率最低且低频与高频功率之比最大。结论：左侧卧位对孕妇妊娠晚期是有益的，因为心迷走神经张力的被抑制和心交感神经的兴奋性被增加最小。

Study on optimal recumbent position of late pregnancy

Objective: To investigate the optimal recumbent positions in late pregnancy. Methods: Thirty-one pregnant and 25 nonpregnant age-matched women were studied, and measures of heart rate variablilty in both time and frequency domains were compared by the use of supine, right and left lateral decubitus positions. Results: In the nonpregnant women, the normalized high-frequency power was greatest in the right lateral decubitus position. In the pregnant women, the normalized high-frequency power was the lowest and the low/high-frequency power ratio was the greatest in the supine position. Conclusion: For women in late pregnancy, the left lateral decubitus position may be beneficial because the least cardiac vagal activity is suppressed and the least cardiac sympathetic activity is enhanced.
