| 摘 要： | [目的]分析结核病控制项目取得的成果,发现存在的问题,指导下一步的工作。[方法]对2004-2005年习水县结核病控制有关资料进行分析。[结果]2年合计接诊疑似结核病人2 958例,确诊结核病人1 832例,涂阳647例,年均涂阳病人登记率为48.20/10万,初治涂阳病人治愈率为93.00%。[结论]习水县结核病控制工作已取得初步成效。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To analyze the progress of tuberculosis control, find out problems and improve the next work. [Methods]Data from the program of tuberculosis control from 2004 to 2005 in Xishui county was analyzed. [Results]2 958 borderline patients were visited in 2 years, 1 832 patients were identified as tuberculosis. 647 cases were positive by smear examination. Registration rate for positive patients was 48.20/100 000 per year. The cure rate for positive patients was 93.00%. [Conclusion]Progress has been initially made in tuberculosis control in Xishui county. |
