糖克煎剂对大鼠糖尿病肾病早期滤过率影响的实验研究

目的 :观察糖克煎剂对大鼠糖尿病肾病早期滤过率影响。方法 :用高脂饲料喂养大鼠 1个月后经尾静脉 1次性注射链脲佐菌素 (STZ)造成糖尿病及痰浊血瘀中医证候模型。应用具祛痰化瘀作用的中药糖克煎剂分别在造模成功及成模后 1周灌服 4周 ,并设立参芪组 ,开搏通组为阳性药对照组 ,造模后及实验结束检测大鼠空腹血糖 ,实验后检测尿微量白蛋白 (AIb)、血脂、血流变、肾小球滤过率等。结果 :糖克煎剂有降低血糖、尿微量白蛋白排出作用 ,改善高粘状态 ,降低血脂、降低肾小球滤过率 ,其作用优于对照组。结论 :糖克煎剂有防治糖尿病早期肾病的作用。

The Effect of Tangke Decoction on Glomerular Filtration Rats in Early Nephropathy Diabetic Rats

Objective :To observe the effect of Tangke decoction on glomerular filtration rate(GFR) in early nephropathy diabetic rats. Methods :The rats were fed with high fat dite in a month to make the model of diabetes and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of phlegm stagnancy connecting blood stasis with streptozotocin(STZ) tail vein injecting.TKD was used through filling stomach when making model and after making model 1 week.In four weeks, one group was filled stomach with the TKD,meanwhile compared with Shenqi group and Captopril group.After making model and before experiment ending,blood glucose was measured.When the experiment ended,AIb?blood fat?hemodynamics?GFR(expressing by endogenous creatinine clearance rate)were measured,meanwhile observing their nephridium,pancreas pathologic changing. Results :(1)TKD can reduce the levels of blood sugar and AIb.(2)It also has a certain effect on bloot fat?GFR and hemodynamics.The effect of TKD is better than control groups. Conclusions :TKD can decrease GFR to prevent early DN through reducing blood sugar?blood fat and blood viscosity.
