| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同软组织瓣在口腔颌面部缺损与修复中的应用比较分析。方法回顾分析2007年1月至2011年12月间,选取100例口腔颌面部软组织缺损进行皮瓣修复,统计术后皮瓣成功率,分析失败原因。结果应用软组织瓣修复口腔颌面部各类缺损100例,成功95例,成功率为95%。结论采用不同软组织瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损,对患者术后外形及功能具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore different soft tissue flap in oral maxillofacial defect and repair in the comparison and analysis of the application. Methods A retrospective analysis of 2007 January to 2011 December, we selected 100 cases of maxillofacial soft tissue defect by skin flap in the repair of skin flap after the operation success rate, statistics, analysis of the causes of failure. Results The results of the application of soft tissue flap for reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial various defects in 100 cases, 95 cases were successful, the success rate was 95%. Conclusion different soft tissue flaps for reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects, on patients with postoperative appearance and function has important significance. |
