胃食管反流病短程治疗的临床分析

摘    要:目的观察胃食管反流病患者内镜检出反流性食管炎情况及疗效。方法对462例有烧心等反流症状的患者行胃镜检查,根据镜下特点分为反流性食管炎(RE)组和非糜烂性反流病(NERD)组,两组患者同时给予2周莫沙比利及雷贝拉唑治疗,观察疗效。结果 462例患者中仅有125例有反流性食管炎,337例内镜检查无异常;两组患者在疗效上无差异(P〉0.05)。结论反流症状与内镜表现不符,无论内镜下表现如何,莫沙比利与雷贝拉唑联合试验性短程应用,起到了治疗与诊断的双重效果,是诊断GERD最直接有效的途径。

Abstract:Objective In the observation stomach esophagus regurgitation sickness patient the microscopic exam leaves the regurgitation esophagitis situation and the curative effect.Methods Has regurgitation symptom and so on heartburn to 462 examples patient good gastroscopies,the characteristic divides into the regurgitation esophagitis(RE) group according to the mirror under and the non-vesicant regurgitation gets sick the(NERD) group,two group of patients simultaneously give 2 week not sand billy and the thunder Beira zuo treatment,the observation curative effect.Results In 462 example patients only some 125 examples had the regurgitation esophagitis,in 337 examples the mirror inspection does not have exceptionally.Two group of patients didn't have the difference in the curative effect(P〉0.05).Conclusion Regurgitation symptom with in mirror performance not symbol,regardless of how under the mirror displays,not the sand billy and the thunder Beira zuo union experimental short distance application,had the treatment and the diagnosis dual effects,is diagnoses GERD to be most direct the effective way.
