| 摘 要： | 目的：通过观察实验动物使用鸡蛋黄抗体IgY后的急、慢性毒性反应，评估鸡蛋黄抗体IgY的安全性。方法：昆明小鼠，雌雄各10只，鸡蛋黄抗体IgY喷漱液经口灌胃连续1周，并记录动物中毒症状及死亡情况。Wistar大鼠80只，分为受试物低、中、高剂量组，经口灌胃30d后，观察大鼠血液生化指标及脏器变化。结果：1周内小鼠未见明显中毒症状和死亡发生。30d后大鼠临床检查、血液、生化、脏器组织病理学等项目测定均无异常。结论：按急性毒性分级，IgY属无毒级类物质，且无慢性毒性表现。

| Abstract: | AIM: To evaluate the security of egg-yolk IgY by acute toxicity test and thirty days feeding test. METHODS: Test 1: IgY in high dose were gaven to 20 Kunming mice. After one week, the death and symptom of toxicity were observed. Test 2: IgY in different concentration were continuously gaven to 80 Wistar rats for 30d, after 30 days the indications of the rats were tested. RESULTS: All the results in these two tests were negative. CONCLUSION: Egg-yolk IgY has no toxicity to the body. |
