| 摘 要： | 本文通过三例药品标准中的HPLC法试验,对HPLC法色谱条件的优化和系统适应性试验的重要性进行了讨论.提出了HPLC法作为含量测定方法和有关物质的检查方法,必须对色谱条件进行优化筛选并确立一个操作性强、判断明确的系统适应性实验方法,才能确保方法的重现性和准确性.
