极低出生体重儿脑室内出血的围产因素分析

目的探讨极低出生体重儿脑室内出血相关的危险因素。方法选取2003年1月至2005年12月在我科住院的极低出生体重儿108例作为研究对象,分别从母亲,胎儿、分娩因素及治疗过程来筛选极低出生体重几脑室内出血相关的危险因素。结果极低出生体重儿脑室内出血与母亲因素如前置胎盘,妊高征,胎膜早破、分娩方式、患儿性别及生后是否呼吸暂停无关,与患儿的胎龄,出生体重、出生时窒息及生后机械通气明显相关。结论小胎龄,低出生体重．窒息及机械通气是极低出生体重儿脑室内出血的危险因素。

High Risk Factors for Very Low Birth Weight Infant with Intraventricular Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the high risk factors causing intraventricular hemorrhage in very low birth weight infant （VLBWI）.Methods The study was conducted on 108 VLBW1 in neonatology department of our hospital between January 2003 and December 2005.interreldted factors for intraventricular hemorrhage of VLBWl were chosen from mother＇ s factors,fetal factors, delivery factors and therapy factors.Results Mother＇s factors such as Placenta previa, Placental abruption and Pregnancy induced hypertension, delivery way,the sex of infants and apnea were no obvious correlations with intraventricular hemorrhage,while gestational age,birth weight,asphyxia and mechanical ventilation were correlated significantly to intraventricular hemorrhage in VLBWI.Conclusion The high risk factors of VLBWI with intraventricular hemorrhage include gestational age,birth weight,asphyxia and mechanical ventilation.
