来曲唑对不孕患者促排卵作用的影响

目的观察来曲唑对不孕患者促排卵的影响。方法收集不孕患者50例,依据促排方案分成来曲唑（LE）组30例,行LE促排;克罗米芬（CC）组20例,行CC促排。人绒毛膜促性腺激素（hCG）日B型超声测量内膜形态及厚度;同时测血雌二醇水平,指导同房或人工授精后2周,观察其妊娠结局。结果 LE组优势卵泡数及成熟卵泡数均明显少于CC组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。LE组hCG日雌二醇水平为（198.65±35.67）pg/ml明显低于CC组的（298.55±54.67）pg/ml,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。LE组妊娠率高于CC组,LE组流产率低于CC组,但差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论来曲唑较克罗米芬对于不孕患者促排卵具有一定优势。

The influence of letrozole for ovulation effect of infertility patient

Objective To observe the influence of letrozole for ovulation effect of infertility patient.Methods According to schedule and promote program,50 cases patients with infertility were divided into letrozole（LE） group（30 cases）,and LE chelating;clomiphene（CC） group（20 cases）,the line CC chelating.At the day of Human chorionic gonadotropin（hCG） administration,to measure the endometrial thickness and partten by trans-vaginal doppler ultersonography;At the same time,measured the serum estradiol levels,guidanced intercourse or artificial insemination after 2 weeks,observed pregnancy outcomes.Results The dominant follicle count and the number of mature follicles of LE group were significantly less than those of CC group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.At hCG day,the estradiol level of LE group（198.65±35.67）pg/ml] was significantly lower than that of CC group（298.55±54.67）pg/ml],the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The pregnancy rate of LE group was higher than that of CC group,abortion rate was lower than that of CC group,but the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion LE compared with clomiphene for ovulation effect of infertility patient has certain advantage.
