高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的应用及护理

目的为进一步对做好高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的应用及护理工作提供科学依据。方法以突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,对72例患者采用高压氧治疗和针对性护理与观察。结果本组高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的应用及护理效果痊愈率达到33.33%,显效率达到30.56%,总有效率达到90.28%。结论我们工作中不仅要掌握一般临床护理基本功,还要掌握高压氧操作技术及其疾病治疗基础理论和舱内护理经验,严格按照安全措施,及早对突发性耳聋病人进行高压治疗。

Application and care of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment of sudden deafness

Objective To provide a scientific basis to do the application of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of sudden deafness and care.Methods The patients with sudden deafness,72 cases of patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and targeted care and observation. Results The application and care of the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of sudden deafness cure rate of 33. 33% ,markedly effective rate of 30. 56% ,the total efficiency of 90. 28% . Conclusion Our work not only to grasp the general clinical care and basic skills,but also to master the basic theory of operation technology and its high pressure oxygen treatment of disease and cabin nursing experience,in strict accordance with safety measures,and even as early as high pressure treatment of patients with sudden deafness.
