康莱特与顺铂胸腔注射联合局部热疗治疗恶性胸水的临床观察

目的:观察康莱特与顺铂胸腔注射联合热疗治疗恶性胸水的临床疗效。方法:将60例恶性胸水患者随机分为两组:治疗组和对照组,均行胸穿,尽量引尽胸水后,治疗组采用康莱特与顺铂胸腔注射联合热疗,对照组仅用顺铂胸腔注射,观察治疗期间副反应和1个月后患者胸水及胸膜变化情况。结果:治疗组显效9例,有效16例,无效5例,对照组显效5例,有效10例,无效15例,经等级资料秩和检验Z=-2.458,P=0.014,P<0.05治疗组疗效高于对照组,差异具有显著性。并且治疗组副反应少于对照组。结论:康莱特与顺铂胸腔注射联合热疗治疗恶性胸水的临床效果好,副反应少,值得临床推广。

Clinical Reserch of Therapy combined with Thermotherapy plus Kanglaite and Cisplation in the Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion

Objective:To evaluate the results of therapy combined with thermotherapy plus Kanglaite and Cisplation in theTreatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion.Method:60 cases of tumor patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,treatment group and control group.After drainage as possible as,treatment group were treated with intrapleural injections of KLT plus DDP and thermotherapy,control group were treated with intrapleural injections of DDP,to observe side effects during treatment and the changes of Pleural Effusion and Pleura after 1 month.Result:In treatment group,9 cases very effective,16 effective and 5 ineffective.In control group,5 cases very effective,15 effective and 10 ineffective.Through 2 independent sample Nonpavametric test Z=-2.458,P=0.014,P<0.05,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The curative effect of treatment group is higher than control group.The sideeffects of the treatment group is lower than control group obviously.Conclusion:High effect was obtained in malignant pleural effusion treated by thermotherapy and intrapleural injections of KLT plus DDP and it is a promising therapy with minor mxidty.
