颅内动脉瘤GDC栓塞治疗效果的多因素法建立

摘    要:
目的 建立一种评估颅内动脉瘤栓塞治疗效果的多因素分析方法。方法 选择近期资料收集齐全的应用电解式可脱性弹簧圈(GDC)栓塞治疗的62例颅内动脉瘤病人,根据可能与疗效有关的26个临床指标,建立数据库,采用多变量资料统计方法,应用医学统计软件SAS6.12版进行数据处理。结果 有五项临床指标被证实有统计学意义,分别是Hunt-Hess分级、载瘤动脉是否闭塞、高血压或糖尿病病史、昏迷史、是否出现血管痉挛。并根据临床治疗结果建立相应的概率方程。经回代检验总正确率72.58%。结论 该多因素分析方法可用于对颅内动脉瘤病人栓塞治疗的结果进行评估。

Abstract:
Objective To set up a multiple factor analysis method for assessing the incidence and outcome of intracranial a-neurysms in patients treated with Guglielmi detachable coils (GDC). Methods Medical records were reviewed retrospectively lor 62 patients treated with GDC. We have chosen 26 clinical targets and constructed a database that may correlate with clinical outcome. The database was analyzed by the multi variable statistical method with the medical statistic software of SAS 6.12. Results There are 5 targets with statistic significance, they are as follows: Hunt-Hess grads, the occlusion of carrying aneurysm artery, history of hypertension or diabetes mellitus, history of unconsciousness, the presence of vasospasm. The probability equation was correspondly established according to the clinical outcome. Total correct rate is 72.58% . Conclusions The multiple factor analysis method is effective to assess the clinical outcomes of intracranial aneurysms during GDC treatment.
