乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移相关因素分析

目的 探讨乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移的临床病理相关因素,为乳腺癌患者病情判断选择、合理手术方式提供依据.方法 应用单因素和多因素的分析方法,回顾性分析经手术治疗的134例乳腺癌患者与腋淋巴结转移相关临床病理资料.结果 单因素分析结果显示病理类型、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位与乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移有关(P＜0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示患者年龄越小,乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移的危险越大(OR=0.934);肿瘤越大,乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移的危险越大(OR=11.050);肿瘤部位越靠乳腺内侧,乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移的危险越小(OR=0.375).结论 乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移受病理类型、肿瘤越大和肿瘤部位等多种因素影响.

Analysis of Related Factors of Axillary Lymph Node Metastases of Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological related factors to axillary lymph node metastases in breast cancer and to provide scientific basis for deciding disease condition,surgical procedure.Methods The clinical and pathological characteristics of 143 cases with axillary lymph node metastases of breast cancer that were surgically treated were carried out unvariate and multivariate analysis.Results The factors of pathological types,tumor size and location were different by unvariate analysis(P<0.05);Logistic analysis showed that younger the patient's ages were,the higher the risk of tumor metastases was(OR=0.934);The larger the tumor was, the higher the risk of tumor metastases was(OR=11.050) and the loser to the inside of lacteal gland the tumor was,the lower the risk of tumor metastases was (OR=0.375).Conclusions The axillary lymph node metastases of breast cancer are affected by many factors such as patient ages,tumor size and tumor location,and so on.
