| 左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻一期切除吻合的疗效观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结肠灌洗、一期切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻的可行性和疗效。方法回顾性分析45例左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料。结果手术均获得成功，并发切口感染5例，切口裂开1例，经积极保守治疗愈合，无吻合口瘘发生，全组患者均痊愈出院。结论采用结肠灌洗、一期切除吻合的手术方式治疗左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻安全可行，疗效确切。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the feasibility and curative effect of one-stage resection and anastomosis after colonic lavage in treatment of acute intestinal obstruction caused by left hemicolon cancer. [Methods] The data of 45 patients with acute intestinal obstruction from left hemicolon cancer were retrospectively analyzed.
