多西他赛在晚期胃癌治疗中的临床疗效观察

目的:观察多西他赛在治疗晚期胃癌中的临床疗效。方法:对部分晚期胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察多西他赛在晚期胃癌治疗中的情况。结果:45例晚期胃癌患者中,疗效优者15例,疗效良者28例,总临床疗效优良率为95.56%,未发生重大不良反应病例。结论:多西他赛在治疗晚期胃癌方面具有良好的临床疗效,安全性比较高,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Efficacy Observation of Taxotere in Advanced Gastric Cancer Treatment

Objective:make research on clinical efficacy of taxotere in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Method:make retrospective studies on the treatment materials of 45 terminal cancer patients treated in this hospital from January 2009 to November 2011.Observe the clinical efficacy condition of taxotere in advanced gastric cancer treatment.Results:among 45 cases of terminal cancer patients,there were 15 cases with good clinical efficacy and there were 28 cases with fine clinical efficacy.95.56% of the patients had satisfactory results,with no adverse reaction.Conclusions:taxotere has obtained positive clinical efficacy in advanced gastric cancer treatment.The security is relatively high and it is worth clinical promotion.
