| 摘 要： | 文章从医学模式演化、医疗技术发展、相应建筑空间环境需求特性、以及相关系统整合等方面，探讨其与大型医疗设备发展的联系。简述了运营中的医院，为放置大型医疗设备而必须对建筑条件加以改造。运用空间布局变异原理，浅析了医院功能空间布局合理性滞后于大型医疗设备发展因果所在，并提出综合医院应考虑大型医疗设备未来所需环境储备的新思路。
